Judson Adams became the Lead Pastor/Elder at CapeFaith in the summer of 2018. He is the son of a Pastor and his family served as missionaries in Germany in the late eighties and early nineties. Judson met his wife Robyn while attending Bible college. They were married in 2005 and have four children; Cole, Chloe, Carson, and Charlotte. 

Judson received a Bachelor’s degree from Baptist Bible College in Springfield MO, and went on to receive a Master Degree in Leadership and Pastoral ministry from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. He has served in full time ministry since 2007 in NM, MI, and OH. Before coming to Cape Cod, he served as a church planter in Columbus Ohio with SEND Church Planting Network.

Judson likes spending time with his family, being outdoors, camping, and fishing. He is also a big college football fan, (Go Buckeyes!). He also enjoys reading; his favorite authors include Charles Spurgeon, Martin Lloyd-Jones, and John MacArthur.

Rob Neufeld became the Associate Pastor at CapeFaith in February of 2022. He and his wife Cindy have been married over 40 years and have over 30 years of full time ministry experience. They have three children; Robyn, Brett, and Josh. They are blessed with seven grandchildren ranging from two to 13 years old. 

Rob received his bachelor's degree from Baptist Bible College where he graduated in 1985 in Springfield, MO. He was licensed at Park Crest Baptist In Springfield, MO. He was ordained to the Gospel Ministry at Grace Baptist Church in Kilgore, TX. He has served as student pastor, associate pastor, and worship pastor in many churches in MO and TX.

Since Rob and Cindy have become "empty nesters" they get to enjoy the outdoors watching eagles, whales, and nature. Rob enjoys all sporting events from hunting, fishing, to team sports like football, baseball, etc.

Jesse Robbins joined the CapeFaith staff in 2017 as the Worship Ministry Leader. He oversees the music, the creative elements of the service, and the technical elements and communication of the church. He is also the church administrator and makes sure everybody has what they need for their ministry. He has served in church ministry since his youth and studied Business Management in college. Jesse is married to his wife, Brooke and has three kids named Oliver, Calvin and Indie.

Sean Villanueva recently joined the CapeFaith staff in September of 2024 as the Youth Pastor and AV Director. He stewards, facilitates, and develops the tools and volunteers involved within the youth ministry, technology and media of the church. He is originally from Western Mass, has served in youth ministry for over 15 years and has served as an Associate Pastor in Hyannis for the past 6 years. Sean and his wife Jessica received their BA degrees from Boston Baptist College, and are blessed to raise up their three daughters; Amara, Mila and Elora.

Deb Carter joined the CapeFaith staff in 2020 as the financial bookkeeper. She keeps track of the church finances and serves on the financial team. She is married to her husband Jeff and has a daughter named Abbey.

The Elders are a group of men that fit the qualifications for elders set in 1 Timothy 3 as well as Titus 1:5-9. Each elder oversees a different ministry(s) as well as serves the church in some capacity. These men are held in high respect for their desire to be accurate to the Bible and what it teaches, to refute false teaching, and protect and serve the people of God.
